I got frustrated, so I'm giving away books!
Hello!
Look, if you follow me, it’s pretty safe to say you like transgender and nonbinary people! So I’ll cut right to the point: it’s been an especially awful week/month/year in the US news for trans people, especially our youth. I have cried so much this week in particular. Despite being an American citizen, I now live in Canada and don’t feel like there’s much I can do from here to make an impact.
And then I remembered that my nonbinary ass writes very queer books with nonbinary leads! Not only that, I can give them away!
Art helps. Art heals. Art provides an escape. Art makes you see things you never noticed before. Art is so, so versatile in what it can do. So I hope having a few freebies this weekend will at the very least make you smile for a few seconds.
